I graduated from UC San Diego in Mathematics with a minor in Economics. I received multiple Provost Honors. With over four years of experiencing tutoring students from K-12 in multiple math topics at a tutoring center I have succeeded as a tutor. Not only making math fun for students, I have the ability to teach math in a creative way. This makes the experience for students much more enjoyable and easier to learn. I can also gauge when a student finds a topic boring or is having difficulty understanding a topic. I pause and incorporate what they find interesting into the teaching to make their learning experience more effective.

Although I am capable and have experience teaching all math subjects, my favorite topics are Algebra and Calculus. I have a deep passion for mathematics and educating students. With my ability to make math fun and easy to understand students learn fast and want to learn more. My patience and willingness to go out of the way for students makes me a well rounded tutor.
