Point Loma Nazarene University (Art History)
Hello, my name is Adi-Marie. I recently graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Art History and planning to get my credentials and masters in Teaching. I have past experience in tutoring since I was in the sixth grade volunteering in After School Care Programs and at libraries assisting children from ages 4-12 yrs old. I have been a teacher's aid for a pre-kindergarten, transitional kindergarten class, and a kindergarten class. One one end I aspire to be a teacher for elementary students and I aspire to teach Art History at the college level in the future.
I have taken Art History classes covering from the prehistoric to the contemporary time period, non-Western Art history course, a Design History course, Film History course, and continue to read about art on my own time.
I am very passionate about art and Art History, I am also a very patient tutor who loves to help organize and explain any questions, information, facts, and lastly enjoy doing research on my own time. Please contact me for any assistance, and I will do my best to accommodate to your academic needs. Hello, my name is Adi-Marie. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
