With a great experience working in the field of translation and simultaneous interpretation for business people in Brazil as well as for family group tourists visitors, I was invited to give private classes for those who needed some language and cultural understandings. Furthermore, I became an English as a second language tutor back in Brazil.
I got most of my University credits at USP (Universidade de Sao Paulo) on Language Studies. Later on, I went to UNIBERO (Universidade Ibero Americana) where I ended up my specialization in Translation and Interpretation.
I also taught English at two nice English schools in Sao Paulo (Yazig and Senac).
I truly understand the needs of the appropriated speech and useful language for any situation that the student may have the necessity to know. In addition to that, I have the cultural background necessary to understand certain situations and do not cause a bad impression or a non polite and embarrassing situation.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
