About Linda

I enjoy teaching and tutoring mathematics and I love to see my students succeed! I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degree (Masters in Mathematics) at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. I have been teaching in the class room and online for almost two decades. Currently, I am an assistant professor of mathematics at Colorado Technical University. Since I am very familiar with the most common mistakes and blocks that students make, I do my best to point out helpful ways to learn, remember and problem solve. I am kind, understanding and patient. I teach all levels of high school and undergraduate Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, Probability, Logic and Geometry. I also tutor the SAT, ACT and other standardized tests. I enjoy teaching and tutoring mathematics and I love to see my students succeed! Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I am on my second round of retaking a Statistics class and Linda just made my life a whole lot easier. After being stuck on problems for weeks I was able to complete my tasks within the first session. She is truly a "Math GOD" and takes her time with you to make sure that you understand what you are doing. If you give Linda the time and put in the work you will not be disappointed. I wish she was
