Well let's see, about myself. I grew up in Baja California. So every day I went to school in California to private schools, Kinder through freshmen year in high school. Then for the first time went to finish high school in Mexico, after that I stayed for one semester in CETYS Universidad in Business Administration, then decided to go to the ITESM University in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (which is one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America). There I lived and studied for a few years, to finally graduate with my Bachelor's Degree in Business.
After that I decided to come work to San Diego, California and in my first job at a Toshiba Distributor they hired me for being bilingual in English and Spanish. The same happened as I went further in my career in other positions. Through this path I have had the chance to teach coworkers some Spanish, mostly for conversation. Also I have had to translate a lot of material over the years, as well as translate some English for people here in San Diego who only speak Spanish. So it's been a lot of translating for both sides of the languages. I am an excellent speller, always have been. So I don't rely that often on dictionaries or Word in Spanish, but they do come in handy once in a while.
Any questions for me just send me an email through WyzAnt. Thanks! Well let's see, about myself. I grew up in Baja California. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
