About Tareq

Hello students, I have recently graduated from California State University of Northridge at the top of my class as a Deans list student for each of the 4 semesters I attended. Also, I graduated as an honors student with a little better than a 3.5 GPA with a major in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. Given my vast college experience, I am aptly familiar with what teachers want and expect and know how to deliver the work necessary to be at the top of the class.

My experience in College has involved many different areas of study including but not limited to, English, History, Speech, Economics, Anthropology, Geography, Philosophy, Law and many other courses. Additionally, my major has required me to write many papers and has made me an excellent writer. While my minor on the other hand, involved many different areas of psychology including cognitive, abnormal, behavioral, developmental as well as other areas of study in this field. During my time at CSUN I graduated with straight A's in all psychology courses and was at the top of my class in all of those classes.

In addition to my studies, while at CSUN I worked in a tutoring program which was offered to me by one of my teachers and involved me sitting with students and working with them on their mid-terms and final essays. This included formulating research questions, a thesis, an introduction, a body and conclusion. Additionally, I proofread many papers, while providing feedback and recommendations to students. My approach to tutoring is very simple, I assess the objective of the assignment and provide feedback to the student based on their deficiencies so that they may meet the requirements of the professor in order to receive the highest possible grade, while giving invaluable knowledge on how to write well that will help students in their lives to think, speak and write better.

Since being out of college I have been assisting many students on developing better habits in areas of reading, writing, and speaking. Currently I continue to work as a tutor with college students on essay writing, reading comprehension, English pronunciation, developing better study skills and test preparation techniques. It is worth noting that my work is second to none, my writing skills are the best that I have seen at my level and my knowledge of the English language is excellent. Furthermore, students have consistently expressed 100% satisfaction with the results gained from working with me.

Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

English

I have demonstrated exceptional writing ability demonstrated by excellent grades, accolades, and high class ranking. I have worked as a teachers assistant with college level political science students, and have tutored dozens of students in numerous subjects. Recently I successfully completed my first year of law school, and am now familiar with how to write legal memos and Appellate Briefs.

Law

Hello, I have successfully completed my first year of law school and have a firm grasp of legal concepts learned in the first year including: Civil Procedure, Property, Contracts, Torts, and writing a legal memo and Appellate Brief). I also have excellent outlines.

Logic

During my undergrad I took a logic class, as well as other classes that involve critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and the use of inferences. Recently I took the LSAT twice, and took a TESTMASTERS course in preparing for the LSAT, which included in depth analysis into Logical Reasoning, including, sufficient necessary conditions, cause and effect, identifying premises and conclusions, and the proper use of inferences. I have gained superior knowledge and expertise in the area of logic, and would be happy to explain the related concepts.

LSAT

I have recently taken the LSAT and did quite well on it. Currently, I am preparing to take it again in June to get an even better score, and am applying to law schools in the mean time. However, I am confident in my understanding of the LSAT and can teach anyone willing to learn. Furthermore, I can also provide advice on law schools, personal statements and other related subjects, since I have already been accepted to numerous law schools.

Political Science

I have a bachelors in political science, and possess vast knowledge of many areas of political science, both domestic and international. I have worked as a teachers assistant helping political science 101 students with their term papers, and have worked for over 2 years helping students with their writing, and test taking preparations. I can help students improve their understanding, writing, and grades in most any political science course.

Writing

I have written numerous excellent papers and tutored dozens of students on how to write well. My skills and experience are top of the line, I am a talented writer and communicator, and can help students improve their writing and their grades.
