About Whitney

My name is Whitney. I am a child psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I am currently a postdoctoral scholar at the University of California Davis, Medical Center. I have numerous years of experience teaching and tutoring both at the grade school and undergraduate level. Subjects that I prefer to tutor include writing, reading, psychology and english; however, I am open to tutoring a wide range of subjects.

I absolutely love teaching and mentoring young people. I have a strong passion for education and am a natural born helper; therefore, I am always happy to help others succeed. I am patient, organized and most importantly very dedicated to my client and am invested in seeing others do well.

As a psychologist I have a great deal of experience with writing for research, reports. I am also a published author and have served as a reviewer for academic journals. Additionally, I have always had a strong background in English and other areas of verbal language.

Please feel free to contact me if you feel that my qualifications meet your tutoring needs. I am available for in-person tutoring sessions on Saturdays and Sundays and some evenings during the week. I am available for online tutoring weekdays after 5:00 pm and any time on the weekends.
