I have been teaching Music theory and Piano in a Middle school and chorale for high school in Fiji for eight years. My strength lies in leading a chorale performance for two parts and three parts and even fours choir. I teach Piano to beginners and love their enthusiasm. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I taught music theory for eight years at a middle school in Fiji and I am aware of the needs of the students as they learn. My theory lessons also come with a practical session so students can relate what they learn.
