Ms. Betty was patient and honest tutor. I was impressed by her honesty and willing to help when I do have questions after the tutor time. I will definitely be back to learn more with her once my condition permits. Thanks Ms. Betty for your help.
You can't help but learn with Betty. She always responded to my appointment needs and her lesson plans demonstrated not only her knowledge of the subject matter, but her understanding of the learning/teaching process.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
