I am a former D1 basketball player at CSUF. I graduated with my BS in child development. I am a future teacher and and looking for more opportunities to help the youth with schooling. I am very good with math, pre algebra, and algebra. I am so good with helping those who wish to prepare for the CBEST test math section. I scored at 51 on the math, 53 on the reading and a 47 on the writing portions of the exam. If you need help with any preparation for the CBEST I can also help there as well.
I am also good with teaching and helping students with reading and writing. I have taken both the SAT and ACT some have knowledge and can help with SAT math skills as well. I took math in HS up to precalculus, but I also scored fairly well in the math portion of the SAT as well.
I played 4 years of college basketball. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana but live in the Bay Area now. I played my first year and University of North Dakota, and transferred to TVCC in Athens, Texas.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I played division one basketball for 3 years on a full scholarship. I was a starter on my team. I have been playing the highest level of basketball since I was in high school and on my travel team. I have great leadership skills and knowledge of the game that can help someone get to the next level.
