While working in the classroom, I have found that students tend to be more motivated when the teacher is motivating, caring and willing to go the extra mile to help as needed, and this is the approach I will take while tutoring. it is important that the students I tutor find success inside of the classroom and have the confidence to approach new things outside of the classroom, which is why I like to work with the students I tutor on mindset and the subject area.
I have three years of experience as a high school classroom mathematics teacher. Mindset and curriculum are equally important in helping the student find success in the classroom and beyond.
