Masters Degree (Master's)
Ciao! This is Marinella and I am available to teach Italian as a second language to people who would like to learn it for travel and leisure. I come from the island of Sardinia in Italy and I have been living in Ventura County for the past 6 years. I have a full time job but I am available to teach 2-3 hours per week. I have tutored before both adults and children. I have taught Italian to adults and also English as a foreign language to Italians while still living in Italy. I will be happy to share my knowledge and culture with prospective students. Luckily my job and family bring me back to Italy every year. This allows me to keep strong ties with my home country.
I am a native speaker born and raised in Sardinia (Italy). I will be happy to share my knowledge and culture with those of you interested in learning Italian for leisure and travel. I have an Interpreter /Translator degree from a school in Milano, Italy and also a Master's Degree in Marketing and International Management from University of Maryland. I am also licensed to teach English as a second language to foreign students.
I enjoy traveling and sharing my travel experience with people. I love to talk about Italy, Italians and of course Italian food! It will be a pleasure for me to help you learn Italian for your future travels to Italy or just for fun.
A presto! Dear students,
