Hello, my name is Robbie. I am a longtime Pleasanton native and am very familiar with the local schools. While attending college, I became a tutor for a local education empowerment non profit, assisting students of all ages in math, English, science, and overall study skills. Realizing how much I enjoyed helping students learn, I began to tutor under the employment of my college. I tutored for both economics and accounting courses, and loved every minute of it.

After graduating from a top liberal arts school with honors, I have worked for two very large companies as a data analyst. While I enjoy my work as an analyst, teaching is a passion of mine that I want to pursue. I look forward to use what I am passionate about to help you better understand that subject that might be a bit of a struggle.

I am a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, one of the top liberal arts schools in the country (Go Stags!), where I completed both my Bachelor and Master's degree in 'Economics-Accounting' and Finance, respectively. Before college, I attended Amador Valley High School, and thus I am very familiar with the local school system.

I look forward to the working with all my students, and love to meet their challenges face on. Let's work together and build a foundation that you can use for the rest of your academic life, and beyond!

Despite all the fancy topics I learned about in college, basic algebra from my grade school years is what I use most often today. My son reports that he learned more from Robbie than his professor. He explained things well and offered good advice. He was in time. We will definitely use Robbie again.
