Eileen was able to come to my rescue with only one week left for me to study for the GRE. She had a flexible schedule and worked around mine very willingly. I only had time for a one hour tutor session, and yet she helped my score get higher than I actually thought possible! She had many useful tricks for me, and more test taking skills than I had expected. I would recommend her any day. Really great with essay writing especially.

Before first meeting Eileen, we had a few conversations via email and over the phone about what my goals were for the test I was taking and how we were going to prepare for it. I was studying for the Social Science CSET's and she had taken it as well and knows how hard they can be. But, after first meeting her, she has been a wonderful help to getting me ready for the exam. She provided great resources and tips and tricks when taking the test. If you want someone who can provide you with knowledge of a exam and tips to taking a hard exam, then I would recommend calling Eileen.

They teach me how to be a better tutor and enrich my lives so that I learn better techniques in reaching them attain their goals.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Study skills are methods to increase a student's ability to strategize information to help to study smarter and retain information over a long period of time. Study skills are important tools in all subjects because it teaches the student how to use the knowledge they acquire combined with their own prior knowledge. Study skills are prerequisites to perform third level thinking on problem solving.
