I recently graduated from University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I really love tutoring Calculus, Differential equations, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physics. I also have three Certificates in SolidWorks-Mechanical Design, Simulations, and Additive Manufacturing.
For hobbies I enjoy fixing and tinkering with broken things and making them work again. I love design and making things such as fishing lures and baits. I know how to 3D print, slice, and program printers as well!
Knowledge of MATLAB programming and SIMULINK for designing PID controllers is also known.
I love learning and I love to help others learn as well.
My 12 years as a tutor have made me a very patient person. I can identify and tailor my learning style to better match the tutee. I can identify if a person has a learning disability or math anxiety by observing key behaviors and patterns. This allows me to really dial in the tutoring session to give the individual very customized sessions. I myself have taken and passed the AP Calculus exam in high school with a 4. I reached as high as differential equations and linear algebra.
When it comes to science, it is very import to inspire! Without inspiration and encouragement from the people you learn from, that person will not succeed and find science just another boring topic to learn. My knowledge of science, chemistry, and physics can truly help a person wonder and appreciate the world around them in a different light. I truly love to inspire the people I tutor and motivate them to be fearless and resilient by encouragement.
