Bio

I love teaching. My entire career has been in education. Even as an administrator, I view my role as a teacher of my students and the team members that I lead. I have helped hundreds of students with college/grad school admissions, interviews, personal statements, and more.

As I have worked in higher ed and K-12 education for my entire career, I have been background-checked many times. I also am fully vaccinated for COVID.

My studies included Rhetoric, Interpersonal Communication, Cross-Cultural Communication, Organizational Communication, and Crisis Communication. Finally, I completed my MBA with coursework in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and more.

I have coached many professionals and students in writing personal essays for college and grad school admissions, as well as medical residency. I ran the public speaking lab at Pepperdine for a year. In my recent career, I've coached interviewing skills and presentation skills for students and employees. Next, I have tutored ESL/immigrant students and professionals in speaking and writing. Finally, I can assist with college admissions as I worked in the admissions office at Pepperdine and DeVry University and coached students at Kaplan Test Prep.

Excellent teacher not to be missed

I am proud that my youngest daughter has the best English teacher . Kelly got her interested in English. The wonderful communication and interesting teaching methods in his teaching with my daughter are inseparable from his consistent earnestness, hard work and rich teaching experience.
