I am a graduate of a local South Bay high school, with an intense conditioning and basketball training background. As a Senior in high school, our team was ranked as high as #5 in the Nation. I maintain relationships and share trends with former teammates and colleagues who have played and coached at the NBA, Collegiate, and high school levels as well as "club" teams. For the high school athlete and above, I CAN (if requested) teach (and recommend) a very intense defensive mindset, utilizing position on the floor and conditioning which will/would be suitable with most any coaching and desired style of play being utilized in games today. I strive to help players achieve a cerebral calm, yet intensely focused style of play so that individual success translates into a gratifying team experience. I do my best to help develop a player's instantaneous thinking, coordination, and super-quick reaction time to (among other aspects)raise the confidence level as well as the fundamentals ability of the player(s). Even those who may or may not be among the most "gifted" or talented on a given roster, can experience profound and tangible success on the court with my program(s).

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
