I have 5 years of teaching experience in the Dallas region, having taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and AVID. I have worked with children/teens in multiple settings: elementary school tutor, history tutor, camp counselor, and chess coach. When I was a teacher, I supported students of all ranges of ability through a variety of learning strategies such as games, songs, math drills, and mnemonics. Paul was able to assess, make a plan, and understanding my son's need on Algebra 1 class. My son struggles with Algebra because of lack of motivation and Paul is able to navigate through the lesson and support his need. With Paul's help, my son is able to enjoy more on Algebra.
