I would love to help you learn Algebra and Calculus! My goal for tutoring wouldn't only be for you to understand the material, but to learn to love it and how to approach math in a way that is easier for you to learn on your own.
In high school and college, I received an A+ in both algebra and calculus classes. During college, I loved helping my friends with their homework and learn how to approach teaching someone a concept they were not fully comfortable with. I am considering going back to school next year to become a high school Calc teacher and tutoring would be a pivotal step towards my goals.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
