I focus on Music Composition, Theory, Ear Training, Eartraining, and Production. I have worked in a variety of genres, everything from musicals to avant-garde classical to metal to hip-hop.

I received a Masters in Music Composition from The Juilliard School studying with Robert Beaser and Samuel Adler. I received my undergraduate degree in music composition from UNCGreensboro. I teach composition at the New York Philharmonic's Bridge program for ver young composers and teens.

I was a lead instructor of Music Production using Logic and Ableton at the Digital Media Academy, where I taught several courses at the University of Michigan, University of Washington, and NYU. I took several courses during my masters (Juilliard) in music production. I have extensive freelance experience in the pop, musical, film, and commercial music field utilizing music technology.

I have had 5 years of music history coursework in both my Masters (Juilliard) and my undergraduate (UNCGreensboro). I have prepped others for graduate and undergraduate placement exams. I have also taught general music history to younger students in a classroom setting.

I have had 4 years of intensive ear-training courses as well as a year teaching the subject as a teaching fellow. I have extensive experience with both the movable Do and fixed Do methods. I have taught privately to several age groups and different levels of difficulty, from college prep to Ear Training for producers.

I taught general music at the City College Academy of the Arts as a Morse Teaching Fellow. I also teach music at the New York Philharmonic Bridge II program. I received my master's in music composition from the Juilliard School

Guitar

I have performed and taught guitar for 10 years. I Have experience in multiple genres, anywhere from classical to jazz to metal to blugrass. My expertise includes reading charts, tablature, and standard music notation. I received my Masters in Music Composition (Juilliard) and can teach all associated music theory/ear training/history as needed.

I am an assistant in a Collegiate Music Textbook division where I edit the next generation of theory/history books. I have taught music theory at Juilliard and was one of three designated Department Tutors. I have also taught at the Juilliard Pre-College, School for Strings, City College Academy, and the New York Philharmonic Bridge Program.

I have had 4 years of intensive sight singing and ear training courses as well as a year teaching the subject as a teaching fellow. I have extensive experience with both the movable Do and fixed Do methods. Songwriting

Songwriting

I received my masters in music composition from The Juilliard School. I have written for the voice in various genre and capacities. I am currently signed to two separate musicals where I edit and create lyrics. My choral and vocal settings have received awards. I have also taught songwriting and beat making for producers.
