Hi! My name is Cole D. In May of 2022, I graduated Cum Laude from California State University Fullerton with a B.S. in Biological Science. I am currently preparing for the MCAT and will apply to medical school in the summer of 2023. Before CSUF, I attended Saddleback College. At Saddleback, I worked in the library as an algebra tutor from 2017-2021. I helped college students of all ages and all abilities with Pre-algebra, Beginning algebra, and Intermediate Algebra. In addition to tutoring at Saddleback, I also worked for College Nannies, Sitters, and Tutors in Tustin. At that company, I worked from October 2020 - May 2022.

My tutoring sessions are an even mix of individual and group sessions. At Saddleback, I worked with college students ranging from 18-22, but often encountered students of all ages up to middle-age. I helped train new algebra tutors and teach them how problems should be approached. At College Nannies and Tutors, I've had four separate students from ages 10-18.

Instead of simply providing answers, I pride myself on teaching the process. I used to struggle with math, and I realized what it takes to be an effective tutor. I have received tutor of the week and countless shout-outs from students.
