I've since worked in office and accounting positions, in addition to continuing education along the way. Currently, I am an instructor of business office administration for the adult learner.
I believe in patient tutoring of adults and children to achieve immediate results but to also foster long-term understanding. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students.
