UC Berkeley (Pure Math)
Hello everyone! I'm Andrey and I'm here to convince you that I'm available for any and all of your mathematical needs. I recently finished my Bachelors in Pure Math from UC Berkeley, with a background in Stats and Programming, and I love tutoring in my spare time. I've tutored family, students, and friends alike. In my few years of experience, I've learned that each student is unique and requires a different approach. Students are often waiting for the correct explanation that will get them over the hump and I can provide that explanation. Just as there are hundreds of ways to prove the Pythagorean Theorem, there's bound to be an explanation for you. Math isn't an abstract subject for geniuses, it's a practical tool set that just requires a lot of practice and hard work. My goal for you isn't to just memorize formulas and regurgitate facts, but to fall in love with the subject the same way I did. I'll bring excitement to the subject that previously made you fall asleep in class. Hopefully, I'll hear from you soon and we can start tackling those challenging problems together!
PS, I teach other subjects too, but math is my specialty. Hello everyone! I'm Andrey and I'm here to convince you that I'm available for any and all of your mathematical needs. I recently finished my Bachelors in Pure Math from UC Berkeley, with a background in Stats and Programming, and
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
