* Graduate School Advising *
The application cycle is exhausting. Achieving high test scores, writing a compelling statement of purpose, and applying for external funding can be overwhelming, especially if you have a nine-to-five or are still in school. Having an advocate who can help you plan and stay on track can help applicants produce a greater quality of work while experiencing far less stress. As my client, I can build you a schedule and application timeline that caters to your needs and specific goals.

* GRE General Test *
I am very familiar with the GRE general test and the most effective test-taking strategies. I teach my students process-based problem-solving strategies so they can approach unfamiliar questions with confidence and improve their consistency. I have taken the GRE in person and virtually and can prepare students to succeed in both testing environments. I took the GRE twice in 2021 and scored 169 (94th percentile) in quantitative reasoning, 164 (94th percentile) in verbal reasoning, and 5 (91st percentile) in analytical writing.

I'm new to the Wyzant platform and am excited to connect with students and young professionals. Reduced pricing is available for students interesting in purchasing multiple sessions at a time. Reduced pricing is also available for students belonging to underrepresented groups in economics.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable tutor!

Ryan was wonderful in our session. He spent over two hours with me making sure I understood my coding assignment. He was patient and explained every step clearly. I could not recommend him more! I will definitely be re-booking with him if I am in need of additional help in the future.

Highly recommend

Ryan was patient, concise, and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. I was struggling with code I had written, and he explained the various ways we could solve the issue at hand in a clear and timely manner.
