Hi! My name is Ryan, and I graduated cum laude in the top 10% at Harvard University, studying Applied Mathematics and Music. As someone who loves helping others and building relationships, I've fallen in love with tutoring and have found it to be one of the most rewarding, fulfilling jobs I've had.

Hi! My name is Ryan, and I graduated cum laude in the top 10% at Harvard University, studying Applied Mathematics and Music. As someone who loves helping others and building relationships, I've fallen in love with tutoring and have found it to be one of the most rewarding, fulfilling jobs I've had.

I have over 5+ years in tutoring, specializing primarily in ACT and SAT test prep and Math tutoring, but I've also tutored Spanish, AP Literature and Composition, AP Computer Science, and many other subjects. Previous ACT students have increased their score from 17 to 33, 22 to 31, and 29 to 34. Past math students have also increased their average test scores from a D/F to A/A+ range.

In addition to being academic tutoring, I'm also a professional musician who's played both cello and guitar for over 17 years. Musical experiences include: participating in the orchestral program at the prestigious Aspen Music Festival and School, playing cello with Weezer and the Steve Miller Band, opening for Tiesto at Harvard's Yardfest Spring Festival. In addition to performing, I've also taught private cello and guitar lessons for many years, working with students of all ages from middle school to adulthood.
