I am a five year scholar of the Arabic language. Apart from studying the histories, cultures, societies and economies of the modern Middle East, I have attained a high proficiency in the Arabic language and have previously assisted, tutored and taught Arabic from the basic to the intermediate level. I have also had the privilege of studying in the Middle East, and am an alumnus of the Qasid Institute in Amman, Jordan, a program which serves both the United States State Department as well as international corporations. I would love to help you learn the Arabic language!
Note: I am proficient in not only Modern Standard Arabic, but have knowledge of Jordanian and Egyptian Arabic.

I understand that Arabic is incredibly difficult at first, and understand the value of patience and review in order to learn this beautiful yet complex language. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am qualified to tutor in this subject because I have five years of scholarship in the Arabic language. I have a background in both literary work and Arabic media, and have also learned several spoken dialects of the Arabic language. Furthermore, I have studied at one of the premier Arabic institutions in the world, and have been a teaching assistant for Arabic classes as well as a tutor for remedial Arabic learning,
I am qualified to teach this subject because my degree involved a comprehensive study of key world religions. In addition to classes on Islam, my degree included the study of various other world religions, including but not limited to Christianity, Judaism, Druze and Yazidi. Also, my study of these faiths were critical and through the lens of history, which gives me more than basic acquaintance with these faiths.
