My love of photography began when I was a teen, photographing some of my baby goats at a friend's farm in South Mississippi around 2007. Prior to moving to LA in 2011, animals played a major part in my life. As a kid, everyone thought I would become a veterinarian, and I actually did become a certified Wildlife Rehabilitater in Mississippi around the time of hurricane Katrina. I still wish I'd known more about photography then!
Now, I have recently completed my certification in Photography at Santa Monica College in June of 2016. My final portfolio was focused on Live Entertainment, using available light. While at SMC I learned how to utilize strobes, speedlites, and available light to strengthen my photography. Now I would be happy to help you advance in your photographic journey.
I've been using Lightroom since 2012. It can save new photographers so much time.
My work has be on display in three galleries and in an international magazine.
