About Noah

I've loved tutoring since my junior year of college at Cornell University, where I got my first job tutoring freshman-level writing students. I graduated from Cornell magna cum laude, then moved on to Harvard Law School, where I graduated in 2012. I've been working on starting my own non-profit project in Los Angeles and can't wait to keep helping students follow their dreams!

I specialize in tutoring the LSAT and writing. I've also had success helping students with their personal statements, always a daunting task to students at first but so worthwhile when your voice finally shines through!

I'm happy to travel to a student for a tutoring session, although I'm also happy to host sessions in my home. I'm flexible and will try to accommodate students' travel needs when possible.

Looking forward to hearing from you and working with you as you apply to college and beyond!

Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Basketball

I was the starting point guard on my varsity basketball team in high school. I've been a student of the game my whole life. I've studied individual ballhandling and shooting drills, and team concepts like pick-and-roll basketball, motion offenses, and team defensive concepts (rotations, etc.).

Spanish

I'm a lifelong Spanish speaker from an Argentine family. Most of my nonprofit work outside of tutoring is with monolingual Spanish-speaking clients.
