I am an online writer, blogger and public speaker. I lead a group for people who have been laid off, downsized or are seeking to transition to a different career. I teach about social media and networking, and stay on top of branding and marketing my own work, as well as helping others to do the same.
I am also a Yoga instructor! For a minimum of five students, I can come to your location and help you discover balance, release and transformation, through Vinyasa Yoga, themed with inspirational music and/or scripture.
I have found that Yoga gives space for the signature expression of each person to unfold. This in turn, opens one up to the divine. I desire to guide others in finding transformation, connection to their authentic selves, and balance in all parts of their physical and spiritual being.
I teach regularly a Yoga studio in Sherman Oaks.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
