I have been a trainer throughout my career. My schedule is flexible to accommodate your scheduling needs. I began working on QuickBooks products in 1996 when it was known as "Quicken". QuickBooks Pro was first released in 1999, and I updated from Quicken to QuickBooks Pro that year. Since then, as an independent full charge bookkeeper and trainer, I have updated releases over the years, and have mastered several versions of QuickBooks, Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and the Online Version.

I have advanced experience in all areas of bookkeeping with QuickBooks, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll (including payroll taxes and forms), account reconciliations, 1099 filings, financial reports, journal entries, job costing for construction, inventory, and more. I have clear understanding of setting up books for new companies and training staff how to process and perform all areas required by a full charge bookkeeper.

In addition, I have advanced skills in labor compliance, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Also, how to use other programs that integrate with QuickBooks such as certified payroll programs (Sunburst Software), union reporting, downloading bank and credit card transactions, and more.
