Irvine Valley College and Saddleback college (Mathematics)
I am a current college student enrolled at Saddleback college striving to earn a B.S. in mathematics in order to enter the field of education at the secondary level. I attended Dana Hills High School and graduated in 2015 with an academic GPA of 3.87. I have also received the highest score of 5 on the AP Calculus AB exam while in high school, an accomplishment that I am very proud of. All throughout high school and college I have helped to tutor numerous friends, family, and classmates in math from pre-algebra through calculus with much success.
I have always had a love for learning new things and building upon what I already know, especially when it comes to math. I also love being able to pass on this love for learning and challenging one's mind onto others, for I believe that if you love to learn and love being taught, then you will be able to succeed at learning anything you put your mind to; before you can learn, you must want to learn, and that is the attitude that has given me much success to both obtaining excellent math skills and being able to teach others the same.

Cayden has taught me the secret language of calculus so far. He helps make each problem more approachable and less intimidating. I feel that with his help I will actually learn the material and do exceedingly well in the rest of the course.
Cayden worked wonders with my daughter in just one math tutoring session. He turned what is usually a dreaded subject in our house into a positive learning experience. We can't wait for our next session.
Cayden did an awesome job working with my 10 year old son on his math. He is very patient. We're going to be scheduling more lessons with Cayden.
Cayden was on time, showed a love for math, connected very well with Brad and spent more time with Brad than what was required. Brad really liked him and looks forward to working with him this school year. I highly recommend Cayden!!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I took took the advanced placement calculus course in high school receiving a letter grade of A each semester, and then taking the AP Calculus AB exam, I received the top score of 5. Having taken another calculus course at Saddleback college after that, I also received another letter grade of A. In both classes, I was recommended by the professor as one of the top students in the class from whom to seek help from.
