I am currently a Masters student studying Psychology. I will be pursuing my Doctorate of Psychology upon the completion of my M.A., and hope to work as a clinician. I have always enjoyed teaching and helping students realize their full potential. I strive to help kids learn and find interest in the subjects they are learning. I think it is important to mentor young students throughout their academic career, especially with the growing need for higher education in our economy. I have experience with kids of all ages, and can help with many different subjects.
Aside from homework help and test prep, I can help guide students through college applications, and provide general college information. I would also help with study techniques and test taking strategies. I am very friendly, patient and love working with people. My main passion is psychology, but I really enjoy all social sciences and math. As a psychology major and anthropology minor in my undergraduate studies, I have gained a lot of experience in writing essays and research papers. I like to offer helpful guidance to make sure students really enjoy what they are learning.

I have a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology. I love all sciences, especially the social sciences. I can help my students conceptualize ideas and apply them to the real world so they can retain the information in the long term.
I have years of experience writing essays and research papers. I have great grammar skills and can help edit papers in any subject. I give very detailed feedback and am great at organizing essays.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I completed my Bachelors degree with a minor in Anthropology. Most of the elective class I took were Anthropology classes. I received A's in most of my Anthropology classes. Some of these included theories of Anthropology, Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology.
