I love teaching. My love for teaching comes from a lifelong love of learning. As a Ph.D. in Philosophy graduate, I know that hard work and dedication to learning can pay off. I have helped my cousin brothers and sisters in their Maths whenever they had any problem or exams and have helped them realize their own potential and see their grades and test scores improve and achieve success.
I specialize in teaching Maths (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Arithmetic, Differential Equations, Calculus) and Logic (Symbolic Logic). I can also teach home school Maths for all grades and I cover all Maths topics. While I also teach Philosophy and Religion.
One of my goals for each session is to keep the student challenged, but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and I provide periodic assessments and progress reports.
I am generally available for tutoring everyday from 11 am to 9 pm and I can travel to students. My base rate is 40 $/hr for in person lessons normally but may be more if I have to travel long distance. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve success in your studies. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
