Architectural designer and 3D CAD draftsman: An alumnus of the School of Architecture, Pratt Institute, New York having received my B.Arch in 1971, I have over 40 years of architectural experience, designing with 2D and 3D AutoCAD software since the mid 1980's. Also having practical experience as a full service master builder and general contractor, I love problem solving and creating beautiful and functional spaces which will be enjoyed for years to come. Conversant and experienced working with teams of designers, architects, engineers, project managers, staff and construction crews provides my clients with manifold benefits from project concept through completion.
Design and drafting activities incorporate an extensive portfolio of residential remodels and new home construction. Proudly serving clients throughout the Bay Area in San Francisco, Marin and the East Bay I have had a diverse practice which also encompasses 2D & 3D CAD drafting services for commercial, civic and public works projects, including projects such as the All Wars Memorial, Danville, CA, and the Marin Abused Women's Services Center, San Rafael, CA. .
I currently reside in Marin County and working in the Bay Area am familiar with local building and planning depts along with their respective codes and ordinances while also engaged in design and building abroad, completing large, unique residential projects in Costa Rica and the Philippines. I have been featured in the Marin Independent Journal for plans involving complex 3D CAD design work.
Dedicated to the preservation of world cultures, I am currently documenting and archiving an audio dictionary of the endangered indigenous language of the the Boruca indians living in the Talamanca mountains of Costa Rica.

Hourly rate reduced for multiple hour lessons
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
