About Richard

I can help with PSAT, SAT, ACT, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, and MCAT test preparation, having worked with both the Princeton Review and with private clients in the past. For all standardized tests the aim is to improve speed and accuracy by building vocabulary, learning to identify common question types, and practicing active reading and diagramming.

I hold an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree and a graduate degree in statistics, and can assist with college-level writing, math, and science courses. I have worked as a teaching assistant for undergraduate and graduate-level statistics courses; taught general and organic chemistry review courses; and provided personal tutoring on multiple subjects.

I am also an experienced biostatistician and medical writer, with fluency in SAS, Stata, and R, and authorship credit on 11 peer-reviewed journal articles. Students seeking guidance in the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of research results are invited to send me a message so we can discuss how I might help.
