Although I was a guard when I played I was often playing as a post player. Therefore I can teach both positions. As a guard we will work on ball handling, shooting, and being able to see your teammates. As a post player we would work on footwork, post moves, rebounding. Not limited to those things but those are just some of the skills I can teach. There are many skills and drills I can help player develop. Basketball is a great sport that helps you grow as a person.
