I help students improve their grades. I enjoy teaching students how to speak, read, write and listen in English. I also help students to greatly increase their vocabulary, and reduce their accent so they can be easily understood. I help students get better grades in English and Language Arts in particular. In doing so I help them improve their speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and study skills. I also help students boost their ACT and SAT test scores in English and Reading. In addition, I understand numerous learning methods that help to turn around a student’s motivation to learn and get good grades. I’m patient and recognize that each student is an individual who has great potential.

I have a Master’s degree in Education and have taught courses for years. I’ve been married to my lovely wife for over 30 years, and we have raised two girls who graduated with honors from college and then found success in the business world. I’m qualified to help your student excel. I want to help your student to become excited about learning and I’ll plan to exceed your expectations.

English as a Second Language is a subject which I’ve taught to over 20 international students. I'm an experienced tutor and work with all levels of students from elementary through adult.
