Cal Poly Pomona (Chemical Engineering)
Hello! My name is Justin, and I am a student at Cal Poly Pomona, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with a dual minor in Chemistry and Materials Engineering. I have spent the past 4 years providing tutoring services in the Inland Empire, Claremont, and surrounding areas.
As an engineer, I have extensive knowledge in all areas of mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Additionally, I am well-versed in engineering subjects such as statics, dynamics, and structural mechanics. Over the years, I have built a reputation for training high school students to succeed in challenging courses.
While I understand that math and science courses are difficult by nature, I still urge my students to think critically; I do not "spoon feed" answers. During my sessions, I place an emphasis on problem solving strategies that can transcend the classroom.
If I can be of assistance to you, do not hesitate to send me a message! Hello! My name is Justin, and I am a student at Cal Poly Pomona, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with a dual minor in Chemistry and Materials
He explains everything I need to know and helps me understand exactly how to do things by explaining what it is I need to learn till I understand it. He's an awesome tutor!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
