Joshua is a current Junior/Senior at California State University, Long Beach, working towards a B.S. in Physics and a minor in Mathematics. In between classes, he also works at the Learning Assistance Center of CSULB as a Master Tutor -- the highest level attainable for Instructional Student Assistants. He has been working at the LAC for a year, teaching physics and math in group studies as well as individual sessions. Josh also holds a Level 3 certification, the highest level offered by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA). Outside of academics, Josh has also taught beginning trumpet classes to young musicians.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
