What makes me an outstanding English teacher is that I make lessons fun and engaging for optimum student learning as well as creating a dynamic classroom. I make a safe learning environment for all students. I feel that when students are having fun and engaged in the material then learning happens.

I understand what it takes to learn a language and especially learning or relearning grammar in English. I am not a perfect teacher, but I feel that through communication and understanding students needs then that will make for effective teaching and student learning.
