Dani has a great rapport with my teenage son and is able to focus in on exactly what help he needs. She is patient, personable, friendly and efficient - creating an ideal working environment. She has been able to accomplish much more in an hour of tutoring than other tutors we have used, and we look forward to having her come.
My daughter has been tutoring with Danielle and has seen the results in her quizzes and homework. We are very happy with the Help!
She managed to teach my 16 year old daughter in one hr what 2 teachers were not able to in 2 years. Glad we found her !
Danielle was very responsive to my request for help, arrived promptly and worked seamlessly with my daughter's Honors Pre Calc material. She was efficient with her time, explained the material in a way that was understandable to my daughter, and was open and flexible with our ongoing needs in the class. HIghly recommend her!
My daughter was very pleased with her experience. Danielle was very patient and explained the calculus material in a way that was understandable and put my daughter at ease.
Danielle brings a down-to-earth, focused, and positive mentality to her sessions. She ensures all concepts are covered and understood before moving on. Her personality is easy to work with and she humor at the right moments to keep the energy flowing. One of the best tutors I have learned from.
Danielle explains things really well. She's really sweet, and ha been very helpful with my college calculus class. Highly recommend.
Danielle was wonderful in assisting with my daughters needs on Algebra II at VERY short notice - she did what she could to accommodate the 2 days my daughter was in Carlsbad (visiting from Phoenix).
I would definitely recommend her!
Thank you Danielle!
Danielle presents in a manner that is relatable and understood by students. My daughter feels very fortunate to have Danielle as a tutor!
Danielle came for the first time yesterday to help my son in math. He is in 10th grade and he was so impressed by her teaching! I'm happy that he has finally a tutor who can understand his needs and be capable to help him to understand and upgrade his grade. Thank you Danielle!
Gabriela said the session went well, all her questions were answered and she felt like it was a very helpful hour with Danielle.
My daughter is 14 years old and we hired Danielle to work with her on Physics & Geometry. We have had tutors for my daughter ever since she was in first grade and we have to say that Danielle is the best tutor that my daughter ever had. She is energetic, explains things clearly, encouraging, and makes learning fun. At first my daughter did not want a tutor again this school year but when she spent a few sessions with Danielle she told me that she is so happy, and that Danielle is really helping her. She loves Danielle!
I am very happy I found Danielle. She knows her subject and she easy to work with. I recommended her to a neighbor.
Danielle was instrumental to my son passing his AP Calculus AB exam. I recommend her to anyone who needs tutoring in math.
I was so happy to find Danielle for my 15 year old who was struggling with honors Algebra II. We went through 2 tutors before finding Danielle. She is dependable and makes good use of the session time. She doesn't just answer questions, but also brings structure to the session. It is not easy to connect with a 15 year old, but my son felt good about their sessions. He said "she knows how to deliver the message, she is knowledgeable, and has good resources with her to do further research if needed." Mostly I was pleased to see the stress relief when Danielle made clear what his teacher could not.
Dani is the best tutor we've ever had. My daughter liked her from the first lesson. She is prompt, patient, and responsible. She finds my daughter's weak points and helps her. She makes my daughter gain more confidence in math. She always goes over test questions to make sure my daughter understands everything before moving on and has her take notes so that she can study at school before the test. We are so lucky to have her. I appreciate what she does to help my daughter.
My son found Dani to be very helpful in tutoring him for his Honors Algebra 2 class. This class was very challenging for my son but Dani helped him understand the material and concepts necessary for him to succeed. Dani was prompt and responsive to emails and texts. She has a talent for teaching and both myself and my son were very happy that we found her.
My daughter was having trouble with trig-we tried the after school tutoring, many late (and emotional) nights with my husband trying to help her-no success and much frustration. Enter Dani-thank goodness. She was calm, patient and encouraging. She's upbeat and great at explanations. Dani was always prompt, easy to reach by email and very flexible. My daughter met with her once a week for the entire semester and was able to maintain a high B. Dani was a lifesaver!
Danielle has been tutoring my daughters in math (honors Alg II/Trig and AP Calc A/B) since the beginning of the school year. I highly recommend her. Her knowledge of the subjects that we are using her for is thorough, she's patient, flexible, punctual, and my daughters have both done great in math this year. And it can't get any easier than having her show up at our house every week. She's been a real plus for us and we would definitely use her again.
Danielle tutored my son for his PreCalc Honors class. She was very patient, competent, and willing to work around my sons exam schedule. Sometimes my son's exam schedule would change and Danielle would find it in her schedule to come over to help. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Danielle for tutoring services.
Lord knows I got Dani as a tutor very late in the class. Next time I'll start out with her help from beginning of class!
Dani did an excellent job helping my student with her geometry and science. She had a great rapport with my daughter which was a big plus in her ability to focus and learn from Dani.
I love Dani's ability to fit my student in when she needs extra help, she is doing a great job with her lessons and her confidence.
My son seemed at ease after doing his homework. We are looking forward to a better third exam results. My daughter was able to do her work easily after a little bit of instruction. Thanks!
Dani is a great tutor for my daughter, who is taking Pre- Calculus through BYU. There is basically no instruction online, so Dani has been explaining each lesson and helping her through the course. So far my daughter is getting an A! Dani is very professional and always there when she says she will be!
We were in San Francisco for a few weeks, and Danielle helped my daughter keep up with math studies while we were away from home. Each experience my daughter had was positive. And now that we are back home, my daughter is saying, "I'm going to miss Danielle." She's a patient, calm presence for a subject that isn't always fun for everyone. We adore Danielle.
Danielle is very patient as she works with my son. Her personality is kind and jovial making it an enjoyable lesson. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have tutored calculus to undergraduate students in college. I have taken calculus AB in high school, along with the entire calculus series in college including multivariable calculus.
