“**In a league of her own!**”

Growing up asking for help or tutoring from teachers was kinda of intimidating for me. I found it easier and less intimidating when it was someone around my age group. I recently graduated with a Chemistry BS Degree at California State University of Long Beach. Throughout my school years, my colleagues and classmates always told me that I was

Deciding to ask Polly to tutor has been a great benefit to me. I have never been the sort of person whom Math comes easy too. However after a tutoring session with her, there were things that were explained to me that I ever really understood, and she explained them in a way that was easy for me to understand. That was exactly what I was looking for in a tutor. The very next day after our fist session, I had my first Algebra 1 exam and I got a 100% as my exam score, and I even answered an extra credit problem correct to receive a total of 103 final test score! I would highly recommend Polly to be your tutor!

Polly really helped me learn and understand chemistry better. She explained in ways that was easy to understand. I understood more concepts with Pollys tutoring

I'm in a beginner algebra class and I have my final exam this week. Polly helped me to review the course work for the semester and refreshed my memory. She really understands the material and can explain it.She has been invaluable and I look forward to working with her in my more advanced class.

Polly is an amazing tutor! She is very knowledgeable in the subject of Chemistry and is an excellent teacher. Polly was able to take some very complex topics and teach me in a way that I could understand. She is very patient and thorough and always tested my understanding before moving on. During the session, she drew diagrams and created examples for better understanding. After our session was over, she summarized all of the session notes and sent it to me to help me study for my test. Polly truly cares about her students. Thank you Polly!

Polly Is a great tutor. She makes pre algebra seem like my little sister is able to do it. I understand everything she tells me...she makes it really clear. She made it so that I went from a D- to an A+ !!!

Ms. Polly has assisted me a lot over the course of the week! She has explicitly presented me with not only the work I was supposed to finish, but also with additional problems and notes that thoroughly explain the lesson. We reviewed 8th grade common core material for me to get ready for accelerated math and when I took the test, the school called and told me I passed so now I can move on to geometry! This was all because of Ms. Polly's prime techniques that helped me accomplish the task given! Thank you!
