Hello! Ever want to take a sledgehammer to that blasted computer because it just won't do what you want it to?! I've been there too... and have CONQUERED that infernal device on many occasion! No need to be a 'puter hater! A computer is a tool, similar to a pen and paper, hammer and nail, to be USED as WE see fit. Sometimes it just takes a little getting used to, a bit of patience, and some friendly instruction on how to get there... that's where I come in!
I am highly proficient in Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, with a basic knowledge of Access. And for those of you who require a bit more proof - I have several years experience in the office / accounting industry and currently teach three Career Technical Education courses at our local high school.
Looking forward to serving your needs...

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
Part of the curriculum I've taught for the past ten years is career development, including job application, résumé, cover letter, interviewing, thank you letter, and keeping a job.
In one of the courses I've taught for the past ten years, I cover Microsoft Office - specifically 2007 over the past five or six years.
