Working with Kathleen this past week studying for my Midterm in Accounting has been very helpful. Her energy for the topic helped keep a boring topic far more interesting. The pointers and mnemonics she gave me as well have helped me understand accounting much better overall. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in need of a tutor in Accounting.
She is very patient and east going. She relates the problems to concepts that more everyday life and helps you remember them better! Very helpful!
Kathleen is a pleasant and knowledgeable tutor. She is very positive and encouraging in her tutoring methods. The first lesson was necessarily general in context, as I have no prior experience at all in the field of accounting. I look forward to more lessons with Kathleen. She is a bit difficult to get in contact with if urgent contact is needed, but she does call back and make efforts to keep in communication. Thanks, Kathleen!
This session was much more in depth and I very much enjoyed Kathleen's teaching methods. The reading material is right on point with what we discussed, which I appreciate very much- all of the questions that I had during the session were thoroughly explained in the reading material. (Kathleen also explained them well in session). I feel that Kathleen understands an appropriate pace for beginners in accounting, and I am impressed by her seemingly organized curriculum thus far.
Kathleen is wonderful.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
