I earned my Associate's degree in Mathematics. I was a Math tutor in Cerritos College for 2 years. I have considerable teaching and tutoring experience at high school and college. I gained a lot of teaching experience in Math in Cerritos College. I love helping others and succeed them in their coursework.After leaving the classroom, I worked as a tutor in teaching math up through Algebra and till calculus. I am available 7 days a week. I have gained several techniques of explaining stuffs to my students.
I believe tutoring begins with attitude and determination, and I am ready to help instill this in my pupils, in addition to helping them excel in their academics. I have completed calculus at CSULB with an A+ and gotten a 5 (out of 5) on the AP statistics.
I would love to help others to do the same. I am passionate about helping people to learn and have frequently tutored, whether it be friends, classmates, or younger people in my community. I've enjoyed success on high success on exams such as the AP tests, the SAT and the MCAT and I am very grateful for this. I want to express my gratitude by helping others to achieve similar success. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
