I received my high school diploma from Oxford Academy High School which currently holds the #2 ranking in California and #12 ranking nationally under US New's Best High Schools List. I currently have a B.S. in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) which is ranked as the #1 public university in the nation.

During my undergraduate career, I've had the opportunity to engage in one-on-one tutoring in subjects ranging from elementary school mathematics to AP chemistry and biology. I also teach SAT/ACT preparation classes specifically in the mathematics and science sections. My teaching experiences, however, go beyond high school. I have worked as an undergraduate assistant for upper-division level courses such as Genetics at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and Biochemistry at UCLA. I've also applied the knowledge I've acquired thus far pragmatically as a CPR and First Aid Instructor for the American Heart Association. Finally, as a prospective medical student, I have taken the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and garnered a highly competitive chemical/physical foundations and psychology/sociology score at the 97th and 99th percentile respectively. I have been and am presently working as a MCAT instructor in which I have full autonomy in teaching other aspiring physicians from a wide-range of ages.

In my free time, I conduct behavioral neuroscience research at UCLA, manage a nonprofit organization that I've co-founded and partake in fitness endeavors. I have been accepted and am interviewing at several top-ranked medical schools including USC Keck School of Medicine, UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, UCSD School of Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and many more.

Knowledgeable & Patient Tutor

I had my first chemistry tutoring lesson with Andy today & he was great. At first, I didn't understand my work but left the session knowing all I needed to know. He taught me a lot in the 1 hour I worked with him & he was very fun to work with.
