She is a excellent cello player and teacher.
My daughter got a lot of help from her.
We are lucky to meet Minna.
Minna taught my 6th grader additional help to fine tune his cello. She corrected his essential posture and bowing to get better sound and struck. She is patient and knowledgeable of the material taught. My son enjoys the cello lesson, and looks forward to being taught.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have been teaching cello privately and in groups for the past four years. I have a Bachelor of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Master of Music degree from the California State University, Long Beach. I have studied cello for the past 18 years with various teachers from around the country. As a result, I have developed my own teaching method from both my own educational and performance experiences.
