I tailor my lessons to the student, making it as enjoyable a learning experience as possible. More importantly, I tailor my instruction to the student's weaknesses and I patiently address each and every student with positive reinforcement until he or she overcomes the barriers holding him or her back from their maximum potential.

Teaching is such a dynamic science that I personally regard a mastery of this skill as an art. I have seven years experience in SAT and Mathematics tutoring and have provided my students with the tools they need to get accepted into the schools of their choice.

In addition to knowing the material, I understand the techniques the SAT exam writers use to test a student's ability to solve math problems, in addition to arithmetic capabilities.

Having graduated from Harvard, I know what it takes to comprehensively understand the material at hand and meet the challenge of questions that were designed to trick the test taker. I impart this knowledge on the student, along with tips on how to finish the exam within a limited period of time. I can equip you with the tools you need to ace the exam.

As the type of math used most widely on a daily basis, and as the base most higher level math is built on, Algebra 1 is likely the most crucial math subject to solidly understand. College Counseling

For the past few years I've worked with numerous students on preparing for college, structuring their extracurricular activities, filling out their college applications, and writing and editing their college application essays. One goal I stress with each essay is to convey to the admissions officers why that particular student is interested in the school or program and a simultaneously a great fit for it. Additionally, each essay shows the student's personality and highlights exactly what makes that student unique and interesting. I work with my students to make themselves appealing to admissions officers throughout their applications, and my students have all succeeded in getting into schools of their choice, including Ivy-League schools.
