Microsoft Outlook,

Microsoft Outlook

I am qualified to tutor Outlook because I have used Outlook for at least 10 years both in the corporate and in the residential environment. In addition to the simplicity of reading and sending emails, the strength of Outlook lies in its additional features such as logging and maintaining a contact database, a calendar and scheduling database, and a task database to manage your daily activities. It is also important to know how to set up the parameters associated with your specific Internet service provider. I have tutored 4 years for the Learning Support Center Of Paradise Valley Community College where I have received level I and level II tutoring certificates.
Microsoft Project,

Microsoft Project

In my career as a technical project manager, I used Microsoft Project for most of my projects and required my staff do the same. We became experts in the use of PERT Charting and Ghantt Charts to set up the project for project control, budgeting, and economic analysis. Then during the lifecycle of the project, we used Microsoft Project to manage and control, track progress, track budget, report to upper management, perform re-planning, And general control of the project. We also prepared higher level charts for communication to upper management allowing them to track the progress of several projects simultaneously
Microsoft Windows,

Microsoft Windows

I support several customers in the Microsoft Windows operating system either face-to-face or using remote control support from my office. At the moment I would say I have about 30 customers that rely upon me about 100% for their Microsoft Windows operating system support. This includes support for slow systems, infected systems, general navigation, and new system installations and conversions. this support then moves into the general office applications associated with the Windows environment such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Such an amazing tutor!

My son was struggling with the math and mechanical comprehension portion of the ASVAB test. Fortunately we found Richard and my son ended up scoring a 77!! He was able to pick pretty much any job he wanted and plans to join the Navy with an awesome job. Thank you Richard for all your help and giving him a head start on his career!!

Very Thorough, Very Knowledgeable

Richard covered various aspects of layering for me within Photoshop Elements. The time was very informative and I ended this session with great handouts and a recording of the class that I can return to in order to refresh my memory. I was able to "cherry pick" those topics of more immediate concern to me. I couldn't ask for anything more from an instructor.
