I’m a future physics teacher. If you’re reading this right now, you or someone you know may be struggling with the ability to describe the world around us in a mathematical language or even with the fundamentals of physical science (physics). That comes at no surprise. Physics attempts to describe the natural phenomena we encounter on a daily basis so that we and others have a better understanding of how things work. Sounds complicated! Just takes a little time and getting used to. I too utilized numerous tutors along the way and continue to learn from others. Looking for a tutor, you will want results, grades, but you can also have an appreciation for the sciences which I hope inspire you all to pursue work in related fields. Our time together will be spent on preparing you for your teacher’s tests as well as knowing what the heck your physics book is saying. In the past physics was left to the physicists but in an age where technology and education are dominant we see more emphasis on the sciences in more and more fields. Whatever your goals are for the future the tools learned to conquer physics will help you in all areas. So stop worrying about the next test and let’s open up that book again.
I'm a founder of an online physics comprehension website, I play ice hockey and plan to sail the world and learn how cultures perceive education before returning to the states and continuing to build resources for science enthusiasts. What we do today prepares us for tomorrow and how you do anything is how you’ll do everything. Yahoooo for Physics!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
